Ship the experiment behind a feature flag or percentage rollout. Instrument everything: latency, cost, accuracy, user satisfaction signals. Do not wait for statistical significance on day one—watch for obvious failures and iterate.
Friday: Analyze and Decide
Look at the data. Three possible outcomes:
- Ship it. The hypothesis was correct. Roll out to 100% and move on.
